![]() The command ‘sudo kextfind -not -loaded’ will show all unloaded kexts.$ sudo kextunload -v /tmp/DummySysctl.kext. Once we are done, we can unload the kext manually using kextunload command. We see that DummySysctl references two kexts : the ones loaded at indices 4() and 2 (). The final value in the column is a list of indices of all other kexts that this ket references.The command ‘sudo kextfind -report -b -loaded’ will list all kexts and a Yes/No column saying whether or not each kext is loaded. The command 'sudo kextfind -not -loaded’ will show all unloaded kexts. I am posting this in case anyone ever has the same question after unloading a kext. I found the answer to my question using ‘man kextfind’.(kernel) Kext not found for unload request. Failed to unload - (libkern/kext) not found. Failed to unload - (libkern/kext) not found.When done, click Unload Kext to remove the kernel. Click Show Fw Version to make sure the update was successfull. Click Update FW to update the firmware of your device. ![]() Click Set Bin file path and locate the firmware that you have just downloaded (*.bin file).
